Terms of Service

The rules for using BingoCard Lab: what you can do with the cards you make, how payment and refunds work, and what we expect from you.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Who we are

BingoCard Lab (bingocardlab.com) is run by GETTIN, a French company based in Paris (see the legal notice). In these terms, “we” means GETTIN and “you” means anyone who uses the site. By using BingoCard Lab, you accept these terms. Questions: hello@bingocardlab.com.

What BingoCard Lab does

You describe an occasion, our AI writes a list of bingo items, and it can draw a picture for each item. You then download printable bingo cards as a PDF. What you get depends on your plan:

Your account

You don't need an account to start. On your first visit, your browser gets a session cookie that keeps your sets on this device. Sets you haven't unlocked are deleted 30 days after you last changed them.

Your account is created from the email address you give at checkout. To sign in on another device, we email you a link that works for 24 hours. There is no password, so keep your email account secure: anyone who can read it can sign in.

You must be an adult in your country to buy a plan. BingoCard Lab is not directed to children under 13. Teachers can use it for their class: the teacher creates and prints the cards, children don't need an account.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include tax. The checkout may show the price in your local currency.

Payments go through Stripe's Managed Payments. Your purchase is sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges and pays any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and invoice, and handles payment support. Your bank statement shows “LINK.COM*”. Link's own terms apply to the payment (link.com/terms). We remain responsible for BingoCard Lab itself: for any question about your cards, write to hello@bingocardlab.com.

Pro renews automatically every month or every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. On the yearly plan, we email you a few days before it renews. You can cancel in one click from the Pro page (or from your Link account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep Pro until then, and we don't refund the rest of the period.

Refunds

Link may also refund a purchase under its own policy, for example if you didn't get what you paid for (Link refund policy). When a payment is fully refunded, the set it unlocked goes back to the free version (with the logo), or the Pro plan it paid for ends.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of getting access, as Link's terms set out. We don't ask you to give up this right at checkout. To use it, email hello@bingocardlab.com or contact Link support.

What you can do with your cards

You can print the cards you make, as many times as you need, and use them under the licence of your plan:

Without Pro, you may not sell the cards or use them at paid events. On every plan, you may not:

The pictures are not exclusive. The same item in the same style can give the same picture to several people, because we reuse pictures we have already drawn.

AI-generated content

Item lists are written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your description, and pictures are drawn by another (GPT Image, by OpenAI) from the item names. AI can make mistakes: an odd item, a wrong picture, a spelling error. Check your cards before you print them. You can rename items, remove them and redraw pictures.

As far as the law allows, we give you every right we have in the lists and pictures, under the licence above. In many countries, AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, so we can't promise that you can stop others from copying them.

Acceptable use

Don't use BingoCard Lab to:

We don't draw characters that belong to someone else, such as cartoon or film characters. When your list names one, that item stays in text only. We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend access when these rules are broken.

What you give us

You keep any rights you have in what you type (descriptions, titles, item names). You let us use it to run the service: to write your list, draw your pictures and build your PDF. Pictures drawn for your items may be reused in other people's sets; your description and your titles are never shown to anyone else.

The service and its changes

We work to keep BingoCard Lab running and your sets safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. If we stop a paid feature, we will tell Pro subscribers in advance and refund any period paid for and not used.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or a spoiled event), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that can't be waived, including the legal guarantee that digital content conforms to what was promised.

Ending

You can stop using BingoCard Lab at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@bingocardlab.com. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro plan by itself: cancel it first. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for Pro subscribers, we will email them before it applies, and they can cancel before then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the courts of Paris, France, have jurisdiction. Before any claim, write to us at hello@bingocardlab.com: most problems are solved by email.
