How to generate bingo numbers

It takes 4 steps, and one tap gives you one number.

1. Hand out cards. Give each player a 1–75 bingo card.
2. Tap "Generate number". Read the call out loud, like "B 7".
3. Let players mark it. The counter shows how many are out, like "12 of 75 called".
4. Check the winner. When someone shouts bingo, compare their numbers with the list. Then tap "Reset numbers" for the next game.

Bingo numbers by letter

Each letter covers a block of 15 numbers, so the letter tells players which column to check.

Is it really random?

Yes. Each tap picks from the numbers not yet called, using your browser's built-in cryptographic random generator. Every number still in play has the same chance of coming up next.

A called number leaves the pot, so you'll never see a repeat. That also means 75 taps at most. After the last one, the tool shows "All 75 numbers called" and the button stops.

The draw happens in your browser. The numbers you call aren't sent anywhere. Nothing to install: this random bingo number generator runs on the page itself.

Keep track of called numbers

The list under the generator shows every number in the order it was called.

• Check a bingo. Read the numbers on the winning line, then find each one in the list. The tool doesn't check cards for you.
• Example. A player claims the top row: B 4, I 19, N 33, G 52, O 70. If all 5 are in the list, it's a bingo. If one is missing, the game goes on.
• Don't refresh. Reloading the page clears the game, and it can't be brought back. Keep the tab open. If you must close it, write down the list or take a screenshot first.
• There's no undo. "Reset numbers" clears the whole list, so tap it only between games.

Cards to play with

Any standard 1–75 card works here, as long as it has the 5 B-I-N-G-O columns.

75-ball or 90-ball bingo?

This generator plays 75-ball bingo, the game usually played in the US. 90-ball bingo is the usual UK game. It uses numbers 1 to 90 on tickets of 3 rows and 9 columns.

This tool only covers 1 to 75. For a 90-ball game, use a bowl or the spreadsheet shuffle below, with 90 in place of 75.

Generate bingo numbers without a website

You need a way to draw each number once, in random order.

• Bowl or hat. Write B 1 through O 75 on 75 slips of paper. Fold them, mix them, and draw one at a time. Don't put slips back.
• Spreadsheet. Watch out for =RANDBETWEEN(1,75). It returns a new random number every time the sheet recalculates, so it can repeat. Shuffle the full list once instead. In Excel 2021 or later, SORTBY with RANDARRAY does it: =SORTBY(SEQUENCE(75),RANDARRAY(75)). In Google Sheets, use =SORT(SEQUENCE(75),RANDARRAY(75),TRUE), since SORT can sort by a separate column. Read the list from top to bottom.
